It is never too late to begin dancing!  Join us for our Adult Classes, and get moving!

Did you know dancing makes you smarter? Studies have shown that dancing reduces the risk of dementia, stress and depression while increasing energy, flexibility, strength and balance. It also increases our mental capacity by exercising our cognitive process – and besides, it’s just plain FUN!

  • Broadway Jazz Combo

    Step into the spotlight and unleash your inner star in our **Broadway Jazz combo class for adults**!


    Whether you're new to dance or just looking to have fun, this high-energy class is designed for everyone. Move, groove, and learn the iconic moves of Broadway in a supportive, no-pressure environment. From jazz hands to show-stopping combos, you'll feel like you're on stage with every step. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to shine! Join us for a fun workout that promises laughs, great music, and the thrill of the spotlight!

  • Adult Contemporary

    * Sessional and Full Year options available.

    Join us for this NEW Adult Contemporary Class! Improve strength, coordination, and balance, while exploring movement in fun and creative ways and getting more in touch with your body!

    Classes will incorporate Modern dance technique, movement phrases, floor work, strength & conditioning, and restorative release work.

    “Age Gracefully” Adult Restorative Stretch

    According to the World Health Organization, ‘positive aging’ is the process of developing and maintaining the functional ability that enables wellbeing in older age (Cupon, 2003; Wallmann, 2009). As early as your late 30’s to early 40’s , you gradually lose range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Good mobility is an important component to maintaining healthy joints and a pain-free body.

    Join Karen Sudds for a Restorative Stretch class incorporating, Pilates, CI-Training, Somatics, and safe stretching techniques to help maintain healthy joints and increase range of motion.

    Karen brings over 35 years’ experience of teaching movement to children and adults. Karen combines her knowledge of Dance, Pilates, and CI-Training with her background in Dance Science research to offer safe and effective movement training for all ages.
